If Your shopping cart contains items from multiple facilities (such as local and warehouse stock)

minimum spending thresholds (Currently $189) for free shipping must be met independently for each warehouse location rather that combined for overall cart.

Our shopping cart displays product availability for each item.

Items marked Pre-Order - Order usually ships on or near the estimated date shown on the product page.

Items marked In Stock - Inventory quantities are automatically tracked and updated 24hours a day.

Items marked @ Warehouse - Inventory quantities are automatically tracked and updated every 15 mins.

Items marked @ Warehouse #2 - Inventory manually updated once a day.

We prioritize your needs and understand the importance of timely delivery. In the rare instance that your order cannot be processed promptly, we will notify you immediately to keep you informed.

Items marked Special Order or Out of Stock - Use " Request this Part" form.

Once we are able to secure the item for you, we will reach out immediately.

Once you receive the shipment, please inspect the merchandise. If you do find parts that are damaged, incorrect or you have any other concerns, please do not remove the parts from factory packaging. Merchandise must remain in the original box with the original packing materials and must be in unused condition or we will be unable to process a claim.

We do not provide any direct warranty on any item sold. If you receive a defective part, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

No Labor or inconvenience cost can be included in any warranty claim

Warranty does not cover products that are damage due to improper installation or operation.
If you do not know how to install parts or have any doubts as to your ability, please see a qualified motorcycle mechanic.

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and /or packaging.

Any products that have been "taken out for a ride" , "test fit" are considered used and cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will issue a refund as IN STORE Credit

No returns after 30 days from order date.

Close out, Special order items, or final sale items are sold as is and can't be returned for refund or credit.

We reserve the right to cancel / modify order in the following situations

.. Your order is flagged up by our security system as unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud.

.. There was an error in the price quote.

.. The product is no longer available.

.. Part fitment problems or other reasonable circumstances.

.. Buyer is not responding to our emails or phone calls.
